We are a registered charity run on a voluntary basis.Our aims and objectives are to help the people of Keith and District who are affected by cancer and cancer related illnesses, families, carers and relatives with help, support, assistance, information and education.

We assess and provide a taxi service for visits to clinics and hospitals for treatments - an escort is provided if required. An up to date library is available for information. Complimentary services can be made available to patients, relatives and carers on  request. An assessment is made prior to therapy. Members of the group offer hospital and home visiting.

A telephone system within the group allows us to have someone at the end of a phone at all times, listening, responding and assisting with recovery. Confidentiality is practised within the group.

Networking with other groups in the area and contact with every Support Group in the country is a prerequisite for our policies.

There are people who prefer not to join a group, therefore a one to one visit can be arranged. Our meetings are held on the third Thursday of every month in the Resource Centre, Mid Street, Keith where everyone is made welcome and a cup of tea is provided.
